Villa Can Brugues; the perfect place to stay
If you are looking for a perfect place to stay with a larger group or more families, Villa Can Brugués has a lot to offer! The house is very comfortable and divided in the main house and 2 separate guest-residences.
It is a perfect place for three or four families wanting to share a complex.
With the large kitchen in the main house, the BBQ- area and of course the garden & poolside you also have lost of space for activities altogether.
All rooms have cozy furniture, several fireplaces and all rooms are fully equipped.
Totally there are 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, one large kitchen (20 people) and two kitchenettes.

The main house
The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of them has with a bathtub.
The large living room (about 80m2) has its own very wide doors out to the garden area. There is a wide screen TV with DVD player, and a mini hi-fi with CD/radio/cassette and internet connection.
The Kitchen
The very large and comfortable kitchen offers all modern facilities like dishwasher, double sink, electric oven and stovetop, extractor, microwave, toaster, juicer, and lots and lots of cutlery and pots and pans, all quite new.
The dining room
The cozy dining room has a very large table (for 20 people) and a lovely fireplace.
Duplex apartments
There are two separate duplex apartments with its own bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and fully equipped kitchenettes (fridge and freezer, double sink, electric oven, stove etc.)
Garden & Pool area
At the large pool (10x5) you’ll find 8 relaxing pool chairs.
From the garden and the private pool you have an uninterrupted view over fields and forest.
There is a gravel parking area with enough room for 10 or more cars.
Underneath the side roof is a great outdoor BBQ and dining area for about 20 persons.
Location
Can Brugués is located right on the edge of the town of Sils.
Sils is a very good central location close to Girona (18km) and Barcelona (70km) and the beaches of Lloret and Blanes (15kms) and has a very good infrastructure.
At a five minute walk you’ll find a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket and two restaurants.
In the center of Sils there is a railway station and you’ll be in Barcelona in one hour and in in Girona of the Airport of Girona in 15 minutes.
Also the mountains and forests are close by. It’s a beautiful surrounding for a walk in nature or a lovely bicycle ride. It’s the perfect location for anyone that wants to enjoy the country life with lots of privacy but doesn't want to be to far inland.
In the village you also find a municipal pool, a tennis club, a football pitch and there is a first-aid Centre.
In the nearby village (on the way to Santa Coloma) there is an excellent spa & health centre: “Thermal Leisure Center Magma’.
If you like to play golf, the famous PGA Golf Catalunya you’ll find in a few miles distance.
For reasons of tranquillity, the house will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

Normally a period for renting the house starts and ends on a Saturday.
Prices
One week in low-season starts at €1750 a week.
Two weeks for €3500 and three weeks €4500.
For a long weekend you pay €1550
For a mid-week €1400
And for a weekend you pay €1500
In high-season (July and August) you pay €3600 a week.
For reservations for two weeks or more we offer you a discount of €100 a week.
Payment
After your reservation, we will send you a conformation and ask for a down payment of 25% of the total price.
After receiving this down payment your reservation will be definitive.
Six weeks before you holiday starts, we would like to receive the rest of the payment.
